our story

Launched in early 2024, CQuel was created by Hines Global Venture, the venture arm of leading real estate company Hines.

We are an implementation platform that connects commercial net zero retrofit projects to vetted net zero suppliers. Our mission is to make decarbonising a property more cost-effective, efficient and secure.

The urgency around real estate decarbonisation has never been greater. However, the process is deeply fragmented, and often expensive and painful to execute.

Our platform unifies the process by transforming plans into actionable projects, and connecting the right projects to the right experts—all the while bringing transparency, competition and security to the value chain.
