High level energy assessment of the Customer’s Site based on:
ii)
Publicly available data like energy performance certificates, google maps sizing, press reports, images, google street view
iii)
Overview of available grants & subsidies based on the CQuel curated incentives database; and
iv)
High level recommendations and opportunity identifications for measures for energy efficiency improvements or carbon reductions based on CQuel experience.
i)
CQuel identifies detailed grants and subsidies ("Incentives") for the demand side customer for electrification solutions and checks on eligibility of the Customer’s Site.
ii)
CQuel generates reports with a more detailed building assessment and scaled recommendations on how to improve the building. Scaled means associated costs in GBP, demand reduction kWH and carbon reduction in tCO2e, based on:
(1)
Site surveys (done by or its CQuel experts (facilitators);
(2)
Desktop simulations (done by CQuel or its CQuel experts (facilitators);
(3)
Input from Solution Providers.
iii)
Tendering Services
(1)
CQuel does the tendering for the Customer, recommends a Solution Provider for a measure, oversees the transaction and project manages the implementation until construction is completed.
(a)
The Customer acknowledges and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, CQuel shall have no liability regarding the Tendering Services
(b)
CQuel shall only provided the Tendering Services if the Customer doesn’t want to tender itself
(c)
CQuel will receive financial recognition by the Solution Provider finally implementing the measures

This could also include tendering for MEP consultants that provide detailed MEP engineering and design services.
